Erin Fitzgerald, a former partner of the Minneapolis office of Transwestern, has joined JLL’s Minneapolis Investment Sales team as Senior Associate. She will work with Managing Directors Colin Ryan and Dave Berglund to help clients achieve their investment goals in the Twin Cities office and industrial sectors. Fitzgerald brings extensive experience in the office sector, having leased the majority of office buildings
downtown and decades of relationship with institutional owners. JLL’s Minnesota Market Director, Brent Robertson, praised Fitzgerald for her ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and her passion for revitalizing urban communities. With the Twin Cities seeing an uptick in commercial investment as the economic recovery continues, Fitzgerald’s expertise will be invaluable to the JLL team.
