Over 20+ years, she worked through multiple market downturns and recoveries, advising owners and investors ranging from local developers to global institutions. She led leasing strategy, repositioned millions of square feet, and executed major capital markets deals—giving her firsthand insight into the full lifecycle of real estate: from acquisition through lease-up, repositioning, and exit.
